If you are not completely satisfied with the product, call us at 262.784.3060 or 800.609.7967 within 21 days of the ship date to you. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be given to you for returning the product. Products must be received back in resalable condition and within 14 days of the RAN being given. Shipping cost to the buyer is not refunded. Shipping cost for returning the product is the buyer's responsibility.
IMPORTANT: The following personal use product categories may have products which cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging or are noted as non-returnable on this site because of health reasons: Bathing, Help Drinking, Help Eating, Fall Prevention, Skin and Body Care, and Toileting.
If you receive incorrect, damaged or defective products, call us at 800.609.7967 within 7 days of the ship date to you. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be given to you for returning the product and further instructions. Any freight damage claim must be submitted to the freight carrier. Products must be received back within 14 days of the RAN number being given.
If the timeframes mentioned above are exceeded, a restocking fee may be necessary.
